Course Summary
A short skate on a bike path led to TA1 and a trek/run up Flagstaff Mountain. Near the top at TA2, racers got on their bikes and followed paved roads and 4wd roads to TA3. There they dropped their bikes and found 4 points on an orienteering course. They then returned to TA3 and got back on their bikes and followed gravel roads to the start of a maze of mountain biking trails. The points along these trails could be found in any order and the rappel was one of the points along the way. Once the points were found, racers then had several route choices to the finish line in Nederland, at the Happy Trails Bike shop.
